Those three ranged from $133,000 to $250,000, with a median of $150,000. The top recorded sale was 105 West St. at $250,000, sold to UMassFive College Federal Credit Union. Several buyers across the period's deeds were financial institutions or mortgage entities rather than individual purchasers, and two transfers involved family trusts or an estate. With most prices not yet entered into registry records, the overall market tone for the period cannot be determined from available data.
