Six New Salem deeds record in one month, but not a single sale price disclosed

Six properties changed hands in New Salem between July 17 and August 15, per Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but none of the transactions disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median is available this period. Elm Street saw two transfers, at 84 Elm St. and 54 Elm St., while the other four sales were spread across Blackington Road, Orange Road, South Main Street and Stone Hill Road. Four of the six deeds involved a bank, credit union or mortgage-related entity as seller, and one involved a debt-purchasing firm as buyer. Without pricing data, the period's transfer count is the only available gauge of market activity.
