New Salem Assessors approve prior minutes, review 14% budget increase. Board members Bill Lafley and Eric Hamm, with RRG representative Adam Hemingway present, approved December minutes and discussed cost drivers including RRG annual increases, newly added Vision software cloud services, and rising CAS online mapping fees. The board processed three Chapter 61 applications, two warrants, and one Senior Exemption for signature, and addressed routine administrative items including office security updates and Records Retention training.
The next meeting is scheduled for February 10 at 7 p.m.
