NEW SALEM — Planning Board allows outdoor ceremony at Art Museum following one-year review. The board agreed to a stipulation modifying a site plan condition that had prohibited all outdoor events, allowing the annual art competition awards ceremony to proceed. Abutters raised concerns about an unfilled fence gap at condition 5.3 and privacy needs at the 37 South Main Street property during the review.
The board also discussed extending tree watering and addressed bylaws questions about home occupation professional offices.
