Council on Aging approves $35 trip fee and new resource guide

NEW SALEM — Council on Aging approves new senior resource guide and sets $35 trip fee. The Council voted unanimously to approve a new "How can we help you find help" resource guide for distribution to all New Salem seniors, to be included with Newport bus trip announcement materials. The Council also unanimously set a $35 per-person fee for lunch, water, and snacks on the June trip.
Clerk Betsy Pelz presided in the absence of Chair Sue Arnold, with six voting members present constituting a quorum. April 22 meeting minutes were held for approval at the May 20 meeting.
