New Salem Records Three Deed Transfers in July, All Involving Bank or Credit Union Sellers

New Salem recorded three property deed transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1: 32 Orange Rd. (July 31), 78 South Main St. (July 27) and 15 Stone Hill Rd. (July 21). None of the three deeds disclosed a sale price, so a price range and median cannot be reported this period. Notably, all three sales listed a bank, credit union or mortgage-servicing entity, Keybank NA, Franklin First Federal Credit Union, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc./BankESB, as the seller, with no individual-to-individual transactions recorded. With just three transactions and no pricing data, this was a quiet, low-volume period for recorded deed activity in town.
