Undisclosed prices mark all five New Salem property transfers this period
New Salem recorded five property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, 2026, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds filings. None of the five deeds disclosed a sale price, so a price range and median could not be determined for the period. The transactions spanned five different streets: Elm Street, Blackington Road, Orange Road, South Main Street and Stone Hill Road. Three of the five sales listed a bank or credit union, KeyBank NA, Franklin First Federal Credit Union, or Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc./BankESB, as the seller. The most recently recorded transaction closed Aug. 6 at 54 Elm St., a trust-to-individual transfer with no listed price.
